Every shift rod needs to be shortened for any Manx/buggy application, and we modify factory German VW units to make this part. Shortened to the standard 14.250" (unless otherwise requested) our Shift Rods are positioned in a jig for accuracy and TIG-welded with an added adjuster. Our Shift Rods are sold outright, no core required.
