Installation Tips

• Woodruff Key: Always seat the included Woodruff key fully into the shaft slot before sliding the pulley on—this is what transfers torque and prevents the pulley from spinning on the shaft.

• Torque the Nut: A loose pulley nut is the #1 cause of belt walk and pulley wobble. Tighten to spec and re-check after the first heat cycle.

• Belt Alignment: Verify the pulley is square to the crank pulley before final tightening to maximize belt life.
