Karmann Ghia: 1966–1974
The Restoration Process
Precision Inspection: Every core is measured for perfect straightness and structural integrity before the process begins. If it isn't perfect, it doesn't make the cut.
Deep Cleaning: Beams are fully dismantled, washed, dipped, and media blasted to white metal.
Premium Finish: We use Cardinal Semi-Gloss Powder Coat, chosen for its high UV protection and extreme durability against road debris.
Leaf Pack Blueprinting: Both leaf packs are completely disassembled and cleaned. We wire-wheel each individual spring to inspect for stress cracks or chips. Only the "perfect" leaves are reassembled into the final pack.
