This spring compressor lets you assemble and disassemble your Super Beetle struts at home — no trip to the repair shop required. A money-saver whether you're installing Sport+ springs or just replacing the inserts on your stock struts.

The tool works best on full-size springs. It is not recommended for the small spring used on the MaXX series struts; for MaXX kits made after April 10, 2016, use the dedicated MaXX spring compressor (96-1620).
