Do I have to cut/weld my body? Yes — the threaded frames weld onto the body and the covers bolt on.

How is this different from the Large version? This standard size (7.5 x 6.5) suits stock single-carb engines; the 11 x 7.75 Large is for dual-carb / big-engine builds.
