• Complete Hardware Refresh: All internal bearings and cups have been replaced with new, high-quality components.

• Housing Restoration: The exterior housing has been professionally sand-blasted to remove decades of grime and oxidation, followed by a clean, durable finish.

• Leak Protection: We installed brand-new seals for both the input and sector shafts, along with a new sector shaft bushing inside the housing to prevent future leaks and side-to-side play.

• Professional Assembly: The gear box is hand-assembled and filled with 00 Grease (Corn Header Grease), the industry standard for high-pressure, low-friction lubrication in vintage steering systems.

• Final Calibration: The unit is bench-tested with all final adjustments set to factory specifications, specifically ensuring no play on center for tight, responsive steering.
